Are you getting sick of all those zucchinis? Or are you out of inspiration? I have the perfect solution for that: delicous, homemade zucchini chips!
They're healthy, tasty & fun to make!

Ingredients (for 3 people)
2 small zucchinis; you can choose your own variety.
Rosemary/Oregano (or another herb of choice)
Preheat the oven to 70°C (158°F).
Wash the zucchinis & slice them in slices of half a millimeter. (use a mandolin for the best result)
Marinate the zucchini slices in olive oil together with rosemary/oregano or another herb of choice. Let it rest for an hour.
Place the slices on a baking tray with baking paper.
Bake them 4 hours in the oven at 70°C (158°F).
Note: the baking time can differ. If the zucchini chips aren't crispy enough, add 30 minutes to the original baking time.
Additional: add some seasalt at the end if you like a salty touch.
