Homemade zucchini crisps

Are you getting sick of all those zucchinis? Or are you out of inspiration? I have the perfect solution for that: delicous, homemade zucchini chips!

They're healthy, tasty & fun to make!

Delicious homemade zucchini chips!
Ingredients (for 3 people)
  • 2 small zucchinis; you can choose your own variety.

  • Olive oil

  • Rosemary/Oregano (or another herb of choice)

  • Additional: seasalt


Different zucchini varieties
Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 70°C (158°F).

  2. Wash the zucchinis & slice them in slices of half a millimeter. (use a mandolin for the best result)

  3. Marinate the zucchini slices in olive oil together with rosemary/oregano or another herb of choice. Let it rest for an hour.

  4. Place the slices on a baking tray with baking paper.

  5. Bake them 4 hours in the oven at 70°C (158°F).

Note: the baking time can differ. If the zucchini chips aren't crispy enough, add 30 minutes to the original baking time.

  • Additional: add some seasalt at the end if you like a salty touch.
